Youth and Family Wellbeing Team are looking for an Advanced Youth Peer Worker (Community) to join their team. The Youth and Family Wellbeing Team works in partnership with families and community networks to support children and young people, aged 12 to 21 years who are living in the Logan-Beaudesert and Bayside areas. The Team aims to connect people and their families to local services that can support them in times of mental health crisis. We also have a strong emphasis on providing support in the community, reaching out to families and young people who may have difficulty coping.Job details Position status Permanent
