• Provide intentional Peer Support and model self defined recovery strategies that support the assessment, intervention and referral of consumers admitted to an acute adult inpatient ward.
• Provide consumers with education, information, referrals and support from personal experience of recovery and of utilising mental health services and non-government agencies within an inpatient setting.
• This Peer Worker role will be based in the Acute Care Team, however may be required to work across portfolio's pending organisational requirements
