As a Brisbane based software developer, we have an exciting opening for an enthusiastic and resourceful Customer Support Agent to join our international head office's Customer Support team.
The role is perfectly suited to someone who prides themself on always providing the best service to customers, and who has an interest in software and technology. An IT background is not necessarily required.

Essential Requirements:
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- A university degree or experience in a similar role. (Graduates are welcome to apply.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Great problem solving skills.
- Keen interest in software and ability to understand technical problems and deliver solutions.
- Competency with Windows environments.
- A willingness to learn and a positive work attitude.
Prior experience working with schools or with library software will be highly regarded.
