Due to a recent internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has become available at Place Sunnybank for a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join their team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and organisational skills. You will have great written and verbal interpersonal skills, and a “How can I help?” mindset to provide a high-quality customer service experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in an administrative capacity;
- Assisting with the preparation of Form 6 Contracts, including processing such documents;
- Contribute to the role with new ideas and identifying new opportunities to improve client satisfaction;
- Greet and provide exceptional customer service to all customers and colleagues;
- Receive and delegate all incoming calls with knowledge and confidence;
- Ensure the meeting rooms and communal areas are kept clean and presentable; and
- Organise and coordinate the external and internal mail.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- 12 months previous experience in administration or reception-based role is preferred but not necessary;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the mentality to go above and beyond;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience using Office 365 is mandatory;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Professional presentation; and
- High attention to detail.
