Responsibilities:
· To consistently keep a high standard of customer experience
· Troubleshoot & solve problems by phone | chat| email and remote
Connection:
· Collaborate with wider regional team and dev engineers on escalated product related items / issues raised by clients
· In addition, you may be responsible for ad-hoc projects/tasks
You:
You are a self-starter with a positive and resilient attitude, customer-focused, a great communicator, calm under pressure and capable of managing multiple competing demands. You have a bubbly personality and enjoy customer / client interaction, problem solving, troubleshooting IT issues and team collaboration. You have a desire to expand your skillset and hold yourself to a high standard with how you deliver customer service. You do not like or need micromanagement.
The following experience will be highly regarded:
· Experience with customer service (Help Desk being a bonus)
· Experience with cloud POS Software and Hardware, ie. touch screens, printers, scanners
· Experience with common operating systems - Windows 8, 10, 11, MAC OSx as well as remote access software such as TeamViewer
