About the role:
As a Support Agent, you will be a key ambassador for the Service and Warranty team, ensuring that customers receive timely and satisfactory support while upholding the company's reputation for delivering exceptional products and services. Your role is essential in maintaining customer loyalty and fostering positive relationships between the company and its clientele.
- You’ll process warranty claims from customers, wholesale, and retail clients, validating claims according to company policies
- You’ll collaborate with internal teams to address issues and strive for timely resolutions in line with service level agreements for customer satisfaction
- You’ll deliver prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries through various channels
- You’ll offer accurate information on products, warranties, and service procedures
- You’ll provide troubleshooting and technical support for issue resolution
- You’ll ensure accurate and current documentation of customer interactions, warranty claims, and service activities in the company's database and CRM system
- You’ll generate reports on trends, customer feedback, and common issues to pinpoint areas for improvement
About you:
- You’ll have experience in the 12v DC industry
- You’ll have a proven experience in customer service or a similar role
- You’ll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- You’ll have strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- You’ll be empathetic and customer-focused approach to handling inquiries and complaints
- You’ll have detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- You’ll have familiarity with CRM software or other customer service tools is a plus
- Technical knowledge of the products and services offered by the company is advantageous
- Experience with Gorgias advantageous
