NeoPro Cycling is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Advertising Specialist to join our team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Using your previous proven experience as an Advertising Specialist or Media Buyer, your focus will be on strategy, execution and optimisation of Meta ads, as well as eDMs and SMS and other related areas of focus. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and grow advertising campaigns across Meta and other digital platforms.
- Develop comprehensive advertising strategies that align with overall marketing objectives.
- Conduct research for effective media planning based on audience behaviour and industry trends.
- Manage advertising budgets for maximum ROI, allocating resources efficiently.
- Collaborate on ad creatives.
- Analyse data, reporting daily and weekly on ROAS.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging advertising technologies for a competitive edge.
- Develop and deliver eDMs and SMS campaigns aligning with marketing calendar.
- Proactively optimise campaigns.
- Thoroughly understand the company's business strategy, goals and KPIs.
ABOUT YOU
Skills & Experience:
- Significant demonstrated digital advertising experience.
- Meta media buying experience essential.
- Demonstrated experience managing a large media budget to drive business results.
- Hands on experience building campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, and similar.
- Experience with eDMS and SMS campaigns is highly desirable but not essential.
- Photoshop experience is desirable.
- Ability to deal with lots of change.
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks that are all a top priority and communicate effectively around this.
- Enjoy a remote working environment.
- Organised and reliable with a can-do attitude.
- Can work in a collaborative environment as well as autonomously.
- Self-motivated time management.
- Ability to be flexible with hours as required around launches and sales.
