Your New Role Looks Like This:
We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join the Adviser Services team within our Wealth & Capital Markets platform. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, in this role you will contribute to an exceptional service experience to our Advisers within Australian Unity Wealth & Capital Markets by:
Delivering excellence in customer service
Support the Distribution team with internal and external reporting.
Consistently demonstration of Australian Unity values and way of being
Key responsibilities for the role include:
Deliver exceptional customer service that consistently meets service level agreements, internal professional standards, and all regulatory requirements.
Provide high quality and information to financial intermediaries and Joint Ventures both reactively and proactively with support of the BDM’s
Various administrative duties, including data inputs
Handle inbound enquiries from external Advisors via phone or email channel, participating in and providing input into sales campaign initiatives
Produce and maintain ongoing internal reporting for our distribution team
Support the business' CRM including recording of all customer communications and outcomes and fulfil opportunity pipeline leads
Provide ongoing support and back up to the Retail team for business development activities
Investigate and solve any administration problems relating to transaction, commission payments and financial adjustments
Liaise with other Wealth areas including investment specialists, Joint Ventures, Retail and administration team

About You:
To be successful in this role you will have strong commercial acumen, sound judgement and decision-making skills. You will be able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders and can drive innovation and creative thought.
Additionally, we are also looking for candidates who possess:
RG146 qualification is essential
Demonstrate strong Excel and spreadsheet skills including data extraction, preparation of pivot tables and performance reports
A clear interest and ability to develop a full understanding of the dynamics of financial services markets, future and international trends
A strong work ethic and passion for excellence in customer service
Ability to work within a team environment and navigate a larger business
Outstanding communication skills: verbal and written and highly competent in building phone based relationships
