The Opportunity
Due to continuous growth, we have a unique opportunity for an experienced Client Services Manager to join our boutique financial planning and accounting firm on a full-time basis.
You will have previous experience working in a boutique firm environment completing advice implementation and have experience working with SMSF's.
Your duties will include not be limited to -
- Maintaining the X-Plan database
- Attending and scheduling of client meetings, as well as planning presentations.
- Providing ongoing support to the Para planners and Advisers.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and respond to client queries where needed.
- Managing client reviews and reports.
- Implementing advice recommendations including the management of Insurance applications, share trading and managed funds.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as accountants and lawyers in order to provide your clients with the most optimal service.
Skills and Qualifications
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
- RG146 qualifications
- Prior use of XPLAN - Essential
- Minimum 3 years of financial advisory experience
- Demonstrated client service management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven relationship-building skills
- Ability to prioritise your workflow and work autonomously
- Strong attention to detail
