InterPrac is a leader in the finance industry. InterPrac is one of the fastest growing AFSL’s and supports Financial Planning businesses with licensing services.
Interprac is looking for a talented and passionate for an Adviser Services Officer to join our Melbourne team.
The primary responsibility of the Adviser Services Officer is to administer the Commission process and ensure that the commissions are paid accurately and on time. Experience within the accounting/financial services industry will be an advantage.
Key responsibilities and requirements:
- Calculate, prepare and review commissions, in an efficient manner according to terms and key deadlines
- Assist with cashflow forecasting for commission runs
- Working close with compliance, state managers and directors in the company
- Managing phone and written enquiries relating to adviser remuneration and other administrative issues
- Assist the team with Adviser queries, onboarding and termination
- Producing customised reports with an overview upon requests from advisers and managers
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
