The Organisation

They are an established and respected professional services firm with a mid-sized team in Melbourne.  They offer a range of professional financial services to a broad client base with a focus on personalised, high-touch and qualitative solutions.

The Role

A full time position that requires an experienced Advisor with the confidence to lead projects and deliver on key outcomes.   Reporting to the COO you will manage the day-to-day HR function, work collaboratively to implement aspects of the HR Strategic plan, review and uplift employee engagement, roll out learning and development with the support of the national team, review remuneration and rewards and ensure compliance with policies against legislation.  This role will also lead recruitment and onboarding activities with the support of the HR Administrator.
This position will also review business communications from HR, manage the bi-annual performance review process and ensure WHS compliance.  Managing HR budgets and providing regular reporting to the COO will also form part of the key responsibilities.  Salary commensurate with experience, $110-$120 range.

The Fit
You are an experienced P&C Advisor looking for your next role.  Qualified as a HR Practitioner and with demonstrated experience in a corporate work environment, you understand the culture and nuances of this sector and are able to provide solutions and ideas for uplift.
Systems literate and with commercial nous, you are a people person with the ability to build credible relationships, influence and negotiate solutions for all parties.
