About the role:
Working as part of the Roy Hill HR team and reporting to the Specialist People Support Centre, this role will see you delivering best in class HR services and support across the business.
Collaborating closely with the broader HR team, you will contribute to maintaining a high level of service, whilst overseeing all employee movements and transactions. As part of a collegiate and high performing team, you will also be responsible for managing and monitoring the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of responding and resolving HR related transactions and process requests in the People Support Centre (PSC).
This opportunity is offered on a 14-month max term contract arrangement.
Key Duties will include:
- Responding and resolving HR related transaction queries in a timely manner.
- Accurately processing requests to close out.
- Coordinating the implementation of configuration changes in HR systems.
- Actioning SAP and SuccessFactors System administrator tasks.
- Providing support for job analysis and job evaluation tools.
- Managing the Payroll Monitoring of Tasks (MOT) report.
- Providing support, advice and guidance to the business on relevant transactional activities.
- Analysing, auditing, and reporting on SLA’s.
- Identifying and recommending improvements.
In order to be considered for this role, you must have:
- Experience with SAP and HRIS systems.
- Proficient MS Office suite skills.
- Tertiary qualification in HR highly regarded.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- High attention to detail and strong motivation.
