About the Team
The Governance, Performance & Outcomes team is focused on supporting Wesley Mission Queensland in achieving its strategic objectives. This team has many subject matter experts with specialisations in clinical governance, risk management, compliance, digital security, work health & safety, social impacts & outcomes and legal services. This high performing team operates with an agile mindset and seeks to achieve a quality and safe customer experience at all times.
About the Role
To excel in the role of Advisor Project Delivery, you should possess a strong background in document administration within policy libraries, coupled with a commitment to maintaining quality metadata. The ideal candidate will have experience in document management and ideally ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. The role is focused on document management for a large diverse not-for profit organisation, maintaining a strong quality output.
Key accountabilities include:
- Administer our current document library tool, including user management, support and education under the direction of the Senior Advisor Policy and Governance.
- Work with the Senior Advisor Policy and Governance and related teams as directed in relation to the migration project for the document library tool.
- Generate relevant reporting on system performance and conformance to inform decision making
- Assist with the development, embedding and sustaining of new and revised QMS processes.
About You
To be successful in this application you will need to demonstrate:
- experience in administration of a document library tool
- a good understanding of and experience in supporting the implementation of quality system processes
- experience in writing procedures and related documentation to capture and communicate organisational processes and instructions.
- have an ability to support migration of data to a new library tool
- a strong ability to work collaboratively in a high performing team.
