As a Project Manager/Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of various cyber projects to support our varied customer base. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success and enhance our cybersecurity capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, to meet project goals and objectives.
- Project Execution: Lead project teams in the day-to-day execution of cyber projects, ensuring adherence to best practices, quality standards, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Management: Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies to minimise project disruptions
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and technology tools, to optimise project outcomes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and potential roadblocks.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet high cybersecurity standards and compliance requirements.
- Change Management: Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, or resources and assess their impact on project outcomes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, reports, and documentation related to cybersecurity protocols and compliance.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project reviews to assess project success, identify lessons learned, and make recommendations for process improvements.
About You
You will have:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager overseeing Cybersecurity Projects.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Client-focused, with exceptional stakeholder management skills
