KCA Site Services is a WA owned and operated company providing quality personnel and service solutions to the mining industry locally and overseas.

We are currently seeking Safety & Training professionals with Underground Mining experience for roles with our Tier 1 clients. 

• Underground Safety Trainers
• Safety Superintendents
• Health & Safety Advisors
• Trainer & Assessors

Various roster arrangements available:

• FIFO from Perth
• Daily DIDO for Geraldton Residents
• Daily DIDO for Kalgoorlie Residents

Duties  

• Analysis and identification of individual and organisation training needs
• Lead or assist incident investigations 
• Run daily toolboxes on site 
• Engage in proactive safety conversation with field employees 
• Conduct VOC's 
• Identify training gaps and upskilling of employees and contractors 
• Conduct onsite inductions ensuring all workers are compliant and competent in their role and duties 
• Liaise with external training providers, communicating requirements for training content 
• Conduct site inductions and training 

Requirements

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (essential) 
• Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety (essential) 
• Underground mining experience (essential) 
• Experience facilitating the training and VOC of underground operators 
• Understanding and working knowledge of Australian OHS legislation and industry standard
• Ability to meet all mobilisation requirements (Pre-employment medical, DAS, NPC & valid WA Manual Drivers Licence)
