The opportunity
The Advocacy Insights and Consumer Voice Lead is a fantastic opportunity to support Uniting’s consumer-led advocacy.
You will develop and use internal data insights to inform advocacy, ensuring that consumers have input into the identification of advocacy issues, the direction of Uniting’s advocacy and are given opportunities to share their lived experience through Uniting’s advocacy work. You will also get an opportunity to be involved in advocacy campaigns that make a difference in lives of consumers and communities Uniting works with.

About you
Core to being successful in this role will be your ability to understand new subject matter quickly, demonstrating appropriate initiative whilst working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will bring a collaborative and can-do passion to the role.
You will bring experience in the design and implementation of social change campaigns and/or public policy. Demonstrated consumer consultation and engagement experience will be considered favourably. A tertiary qualification or relevant experience in public policy, advocacy or social work is a must.
