We are known for our wide range of medical services provided to patients of all ages. We have 7 extremely passionate and experienced doctors that offer services such as drug & alcohol testing, immunisations, family counselling, general health, and more.
About the position
Our Practice is seeking casual Receptionists to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong customer focus, and enjoys working with a range of stakeholders including Doctors, Allied Health, Peers, Internal and External stakeholders and most importantly, our patients at our SmartClinics Windsor clinic.
We are a fast-paced but very friendly, family-orientated private practice.
We are looking for someone who
- Is confident, professional, honest, reliable and has a great personality
- Has excellent verbal and communication skills with an exceptional phone manner
- Has good computer skills
- Has a high standard of presentation
- Has the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Has the ability to be flexible
Duties would include reception, appointment bookings, billing and general administrative duties.
Desired skills and experience:
- Professional approach with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to manage within a busy workplace setting with fluctuating levels of demand
- Be able to work in a team environment and independently
- Experience with Best Practice software is desirable
- Flexibility to cover additional hours for sick and annual leave
