What You Will Do
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all patients and visitors coming into HeartHQ's offices.
- Liaise with patients and their families in a compassionate manner
- Answer the telephone in a courteous and professional manner and convey messages in writing, verbally and electronically.
- Book new patient’s, follow up and confirm appointments.
- Distribution of correspondence via medical objects, fax and posting
- General duties of scanning and faxing.
- Organise and assist in the running of clinics
- Billing and receipting
Who You Are
- Previous experience in a medical practice desirable - however previous administration experience is essential.
- You have strong communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills and experience.
- Confident computer skills.
- Must be patient, considerate and empathetic.
- Hard working, reliable, organised and detail orientated with a can do attitude.
- Previous experience with Healthtrack, desirable.
