- Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate with a variety of different trades.
- Willingness to travel throughout the district when required.
- Troubleshooting with the ability to explain terminology and systems to a variety of people.

To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, and/or equivalent work experience in overseeing effective change in a health service, including industrial, operational commissioning, communications and risk management.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to document processes and present information to a variety of audiences from multidisciplinary backgrounds.
- Demonstrated sound knowledge or the ability to acquire knowledge of Statutory Acts, Regulations and Standards applicable to Asset Management and Building and Engineering Services of Public Health facilities.
- Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and/or Train the trainer qualifications with relevant qualifications/or experience in Asset Management and/or Systems.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and produce appropriate Key Performance Indicators to measure performance relating to Asset Management or other relevant organisational reporting requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret, monitor, consult and support evaluation of policies, procedures, service level agreements and contracts.
