Kyneton Health currently have available an After Hours Coordinators position of up to 48 hours  in a 12 month fixed term position 

The Kyneton HealthAfter Hours Coordinator (AHC) is responsible for the overall management of the Hospital in the absence of the Director of Nursing and Nurse Managers.  

The AHC will support the Executive and the Nurse Managers in the provision and maintenance of quality care within CHRH, through competent clinical and business practice, effective communication and active participation. The AHC will be a highly motivated leader, responsible for the maintenance of safety for patients, visitors and staff.

Position Environment: 

The After Hours Campus Coordinator designated shifts are delegated by the DON and may include:

  • Monday to Friday PM & night duty
  • Saturday and Sunday (all shifts)
  • Public Holidays (all shifts)
  • The shifts will vary according to the Campus’s specific rostering requirements.

Details of Appointment

We currently have 48 hours available on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Salary:  as per award + 11% superannuation + access to salary packaging

Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019.  Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.

All appointments to Central Highlands Rural Health are subject to a satisfactory clearance of a National Police Check and Employee Working with Children Check.  Successful applicants will be required to provide evidence of an immunisation assessment prior to commencement.

It is mandatory for all employees who work within the Health Care Sector have their COVID-19 vaccinations.  Evidence must be provided prior to commencement with Central Health Rural Health.
