Aftersales Service Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing new after-sales service stations and build-up aftersales service network;
- Maintain communication and management with the existing service stations;
- Conduct comprehensive and systematic training for the after-sales service stations, including the operation training of the after-sales service system;
- Conduct comprehensive and systematic new truck driving training and operation training for end users;
- After-sales service complaint calls answering;
- Training of new after-sales technical service staff;
- Manage after-sales service team, set up after-sales service system;
- Regularly conduct the product technical problems summary and sorting;
- Analysis of technical characteristics of competitive products in the industry.
Requirements:
- Experience within the automotive spare parts industry for 5 years above.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Well organized.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, and multi-task.
- Work independently and unsupervised.
- Ability to adhere to set deadlines.
- Current driver’s license (C Class) is essential.
- Valid truck driving license ideally.
