Key responsibilities and Qualifications:
- CA/CPA qualification with a degree
- 10 years’ experience in public practice
- Lead and mentor a team of ambitious accountants providing guidance and support to foster their growth
- Manage workflow and ensure budgets, deadlines and compliance obligations are met
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal team members
- Collaborate with Partners to enhance and manage staff training and development initiatives
