Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Afternoon Shift Supervisor to join our team in Dandenong. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the Afternoon Shift operations, ensuring seamless workflow and upholding our commitment to customer service and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse personnel during the Afternoon Shift, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Allocate tasks efficiently, optimizing resource utilization and productivity levels.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance to drive continuous improvement.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures, championing a culture of safety and well-being.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a warehouse environment, preferably in the FMCG or packaging industry.
