Form of work Chandler Macleod is seeking an enthusiastic Afternoon Shift Warehouse Manager who is responsible for the successful stock movements from trucks to the Freezers. The Warehouse Manager will ensure timely and accurate organization of stock, reporting of maintenance problems, internal control procedures, and workplace health and safety concerns and provide both guidance and support to their peer(s). The position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, self-motivation, and feedback. The primary functions of this role, including but are not limited to;Planning, organizing, and controlling of the staff of the warehouse operations.Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are being met and report any areas of concerns to the OH&S ManageEnsure all HACCP requirements are being met.Maintain and develop professional relationships with all external stakeholders/suppliers/customers/truck drivers.Promote team culture and constantly motivate staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse management.• Provide feedback to management of possible improvements that may be made.
