- Up to $136,000.00 per annum + 11% superannuation

- Managing service operations including resource allocation
- Coordinating client assessments and medical reviews
- Ensuring culturally appropriate service delivery
- Leading staff and supporting their professional development
- Reporting on service delivery outcomes
- Monitoring program budgets
- Adhering to workplace safety and information technology policies
- Current registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions
- National Police Check
- NT Working with Children's Check (OCHRE Card)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Manual Driver’s License
- Extensive experience in Aged Care Management
- Competent in the use of information technology including Microsoft Office programs and electronic data bases
- Understanding of Aboriginal culture or a willingness to learn
- Capacity to live in a remote community
- Experience working in a remote Aboriginal community
- Experience working within an Aboriginal Aged Care environment
- Demonstrated ability to engage and work effectively within a remote Aboriginal community
