With a mandate for growth including service diversification and geographical expansion, this represents a unique and exciting opportunity for a commercially astute Office Manager to have full accountability for the operational performance of their division.
About the Position
Reporting to the Managing Director, as an Office Manager- Disability Services (OM) you will operate at the commercial, and operational levels, incorporating people leadership, resource planning, safety, productivity planning, procurement, and asset management functions. Day to day, this role will support operational teams, introduce process improvement, and streamline process across the services.
Furthermore, the OM- Disability Services will be process focused, implementing strategies to increase capability and capacity to create a highly organised business. The OM will have full ownership, be a key member of the Executive Team and will lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across safety, productivity, and service delivery targets.
About the Person
We are seeking an experienced operational executive who ideally possesses significant experience in the medical devices or assistive technology and disability sectors. Key to your success will be your ability to effectively allocate human resources and ensure Limitless Australia complies with NDIS legislation, policies and procedures.
Accountabilities
· The management and administration of day-to-day operations of Limitless Australia.
· Prepare timely, reliable and succinct business and divisional reports, data and analysis of all the divisions and participate in the monitoring processes of the Support Coordinator, Plan Management, Sales and Service team members.
· Monitor and achieve quality performance targets and participants outcomes as set by the NDIA.
· Communicate, implement and achieve operational budget in line with the organization’s expectation.
· Plan and manage resource allocation to maximize outcomes for participants.
· Manage staff levels/allocation/rostering to ensure variable service demands are met effectively and efficiently.
· Liaison, develop and maintain good working relationships with relevant stakeholders in disability sector and associated groups to coordinate office business.
· Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations in line with Safe NT guidelines.
· Manage staff performance in line with Limitless Australia’s policies and procedures to deliver high customer satisfaction and retention.
· Coordinate personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, training and supervision under the guidance of Managing Director.
Education and Knowledge
· Tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline
· Demonstrated highly advanced written and oral communication skills including liaising and consulting with a broad range of internal and external clients.
· Demonstrated highly advanced ability to problem solve and evaluate system enhancements and solve “on the ground” issues.
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize in line with business needs, along with effective time management skills.
· A strong and capable leadership style that motivates and drives high performance through others.
· Advanced knowledge of relevant legislation, awards, policies and procedures to support and ensure compliance and best business practice.
