If the answer is yes! Then we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Travel Nurse (also known as FIFO) recruitment team in Brisbane.
What does our Aged Care & Travel Nurse business cover?
We have sucessfully established relationships in the market and now we are in a position to grow the team even more! Our Aged Care team looks after clients who provide travel and accommodation for Nurses in either Aged Care facilities or Hospitals.
What does your next career step look like?
We are looking for a consultant who loves new business development and can engage with clients and sell in our product offering of Travel/FIFO Nurses talent for planned staff shortages.
You don't need to be from the Healthcare sector but must have worked in agency recruitment (any sector) for at least 12 months or you come from a sales background such as travel agent, real estate or cars sales etc...
What do we need from you?
Apart from sales & recruitment experience, a 'can do' attitude as we believe we can teach skills, not attitude. We are also after team members who enjoy the sales environment in a 'hot'' growth environment and can work well with a Resourcer to help you find talent to float out to clients.
