Job Details:
- Competitive salary dependent on experience + shift penalties + 11% superannuation

- Conducting assessments using a Positive Wellbeing Model.
- Developing and reviewing care plans based on evidence.
- Evaluating care strategy effectiveness.
- Maintaining accurate client documentation.
- Collaborating with internal/external service providers.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, no restrictions
- Residential Aged Care experience
