Aged Care Support Worker

We are seeking Support Workers who exude passion and can provide support for clients and participants to support their independence in the home and community. 

We are seeking candidates who have the ability to provide support to clients over the weekends, and weekday afternoons. 

• Are passionate about supporting and empowering individuals.
• Have ability to commit availability a minimum of 3 weekdays/ weekends.
• Have a driver’s license and vehicle to be used for work purposes.
• Have been vaccinated against COVID-19

Support Workers provide support to our clients in their homes and the community as they move through all aspects of daily life, and encourage independence. 

• We are a family friendly employer and able to commit to providing hours of work that work with your availability and commitments, including school hours!
• We encourage continuous learning through our e-learning platform, with up to 140 self paced short courses available.
• We pay mileage at 96c/km and travel time between clients. 
• We provide supportive working environments, with all the tools for success.
