Ideally, this role would suit someone with knowledge in financial administration, preparing purchase orders and experience in coordinating data and expenditures.In this role you will respond to Agent queries and investigate complex issues, with a strong focus on delivering exemplary customer service. You will utilise a range of computer-based resources and programs to do so.
