Listed Estate Agents, one of the northern suburbs leading independent Real Estate agencies, are looking for a dynamic sales and PM support co-ordinator to assist in all elements of Real Estate administration for our busy team.
Sales administration experience is essential along with the ability to understand sales and listing contracts, operation of a CRM system, marketing support and understand the importance of prospecting. You will be providing a high level of support to our sales team, as well as administrative support to clients across our Property Management and Finance divisions. Calm under pressure with a nurturing ‘everything matters’ personality is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to sales and property management teams, including administration of listing documents, sales documents, sales trust accounting, processing property management applications, additional property management administration support when needed
- Manage administrative processes in the office, for example, prepare paperwork, scanning, filing, order office stationery, look after clients when they attend meetings at the office
- Communicate professionally with clients, contractors and team members to ensure the values and customer service promise at Listed Estate Agents is fostered at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience in residential Real Estate sales is essential
- Experience in residential property management is preferred but not essential
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have experience of using Outlook, word and basic Excel experience
- Must be able to work as part of a team
