Duties:
- Collaborating closely with the Product Manager to ensure the development team meets expectations.
- Guaranteeing the team delivers high-quality results within the specified time frame and budget.
- Actively identifying and removing obstacles that hinder progress.
- Planning and executing regular product releases.
- Leading agile events to maintain team focus and productivity.
- Reporting on progress, risks, and issues.
- Building and sustaining strong and effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills/Experience:
- Extensive skills and over 8 years of experience in Agile Delivery and digital project management.
- Proven capability to maintain team focus in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate regular releases, and achieve results.
- Competence in leading effective stand-ups, planning, review, and retrospective sessions.
- Advanced interpersonal and problem-solving skills, including the ability to negotiate options and implement practical solutions promptly and constructively.
