Duties
- Working closely with Product Manager ensure the development team is meeting expectations.
- Proactively identifying and removing impediments to progress.
- Planning and delivering regular releases of the product.
- Facilitating agile events to keep the team focused and productive.
- Reporting on progress, risks and issues.
Skills and Experience
- Highly developed and demonstrated skills and experience (+ 8 years) in Agile Delivery and digital project management.
- Demonstrated ability to keep a team focused in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Demonstrated organisational skills, including the ability to plan and coordinate regular releases and deliver outcomes.
- Ability to facilitate effective stands ups, planning and review and retro sessions.
- Highly developed people and problem-solving skills, including the ability to negotiate options and practical solutions in a timely and constructive manner.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering digital projects and products in a government context
