As an Agility – Chapter Lead, you will play an integral part in designing and contributing to agility transformation driving exceptional outcomes for our customers and our people. You will be pivotal in upholding a standard of excellence across the coaching capability.
You will be an agile leader of best practice across the Retail Technology business unit within our wider Technology business unit. You will be responsible for managing a team of Agile Coaches and building capability and development of your direct and indirect teams. You will support and enable teams and their leaders to develop and implement agile practices and values; and help instil a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
As a Chapter Lead you will be responsible for owning the leadership and nurturing the development of Coaches and their career progression.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:
Prior experience leading a team of direct/indirect reports
Experience in hands-on coaching, including advanced proficiency in coaching skills and ability to uplift others
Prior experience in working on transformation initiatives within a large enterprise environment
Demonstrated ownership and proficiency in your craft including a deep understanding and ability to coach agile practices, principles, thinking and leading
Experience coaching at scale and transforming individuals, squads, crews and lines of business
Exceptional relationship management, partnering and influencing skills
Experience establishing and embedding metrics and diagnostics for coaching and squad maturity and success
Experience providing people and capability leadership
Experience balancing operational rigour, governance and adaptability within an agile organisation
Ability to thrive in ambiguity
