About The Role:
As Agtech Product Manager you will be responsible for development and delivery of Agtech product strategy to meet CSBP Fertilisers objectives. This will include product management of digital assets that support delivery of agronomic advice; management of associated services; and development of new products, assets and services related to improving the yield, efficiency and sustainability of CSBP customers.
Key responsibilities also include:
- Developing and maintaining the vision and roadmap for digital assets and associated services (e.g., CSBP DecipherAg and CSBP NUlogic)
- Working with our Digital team to manage development and maintenance of digital assets
- Working with our Sales, Marketing and Agronomy teams in development and adoption of Agtech Products and services for the benefit of customers and CSBP Fertilisers
- Developing and maintaining a high performing team including fostering a culture of professionalism, teamwork, innovation, co-operation and improvement
- Building and maintaining a reputation for expertise and a high profile amongst key agricultural influence agents on matters relating to technology use in agriculture, fertiliser services and services products
- Financial and operational planning, budgeting, reporting along with implementing and monitoring other systems & processes to facilitate the governance and management of Agtech products, and monitoring of strategy execution
- Ensuring CSBP has a strong safety culture, risks of injury are minimised, and agreed safety targets are met and maintained
About you:
To be successful in this role you will have tertiary qualifications in digital product management, agricultural technology, science or business management, and/or equivalent extensive relevant experience. You will also possess:

- Knowledge of agricultural systems
- Experience in leading teams
- Strong relationship skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
