What’s Involved
A great opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated State Product Coordinator to join our Wholesale Team in High Wycombe WA! This role is a great opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of our Company.
This role plays a vital role in the product development process, working closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that products are launched on time and within budget assisting with the creation, cost and photography of product range offers across all brands, customers and promotions. Assist with the coordination of administrative and operational functions of the product development team and ensure communications between the NSW Team and key divisions of the Lynch Group.
Duties performed will include:
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure required commercial outcomes are achieved with floral and potted buying margins
- Collaborate with operations to ensure product concepts can be delivered through all facets of operations and logistics
- Collaborate with state and national sales teams to ensure product initiatives are on trend and in line with customer demand
- Support Operations Manager and relevant supervisors with training on production and construction of new products as required
- Conducting prep work for all elements for photo shoot – flowers, plants and componentry
- Communication of the range sheets to the relevant departments
- Support State Sales Manager all aspects of instore merchandising efficiencies and improvements
- Organise and follow up componentry samples and mock ups
About You:
- Able to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including customers
- You are able to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to ensure that everyone is aligned on the product roadmap and goals
- Experience working within a sales and or marketing team
- Able to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently. You should also be able to think critically and come up with creative solutions
- Background or exposure to floristry would be an advantage
- Be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. You should also be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
