AddressAs a key member of our dynamic team, the Product Manager will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to drive innovation and growth in BNK’s deposit and lending product lines. In this role, you will lead the charge in conceptualising, researching and launching exciting new products and services, all while ensuring they align with our sales objectives.
As the primary advocate for our products, you will spearhead operational processes, communicate product features effectively and manage the financials and risks associated with our offerings. This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on our company’s success while collaborating with talented individuals across various departments.
What you will bring
- The ability to undertake complex competitor analysis, monitor trends and provide regular written and verbal updates in a clear and concise manner;
- Strong finance experience and the ability to understand Funder policies and guidelines;
- An understanding of Aggregator systems and processes
- Experience is dealing with a CRM to maintain product data (desirable)
- AML/CTF Certification (desirable)
- Tertiary Qualifications in either Finance, Accounting, Business, Commerce or another relevant discipline and/or Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (desirable)
Key Responsibilities
- Stay current with industry trends and competitors’ offerings.
- Maintain product and rate information
- Maintain up to date knowledge and understanding of our current products
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, broker support teams and introducer network to provide exceptional support and address and product related enquiries
- Conduct thorough research and analysis and develop detailed business cases including financial plans to support the introduction of new products and improve existing ones
- Monitor the performance of product campaigns and initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise results
- Ensure accurate and updated recording and maintenance of product details in internal and external systems
- Manage the Design and Distribution Obligations (DDO) framework, Target Market Determinations (TMD’s) ensuring products meet the needs of our target market
- Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and legislation, proactively implementing any required changes to maintain compliance and mitigate risk.
