What you'll be doing 

• providing excellence in the delivery of personal care to our residents 
• supporting a multidisciplinary team under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes Required for this role 

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care) - essential. 
• Previous experience working in Aged Care (preferred). 
• Ability to assist residents in personal care and other activities. 
• Maintain a hygienic, safe environment for residents, visitors and staff. 
• Demonstrated compliance with resident/family privacy, dignity and confidentiality. 
• Ability to assist with medication and simple wound dressings (desirable). 
• Recognise, report and respond to changes in residents’ conditions. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, empathy, and understanding of diverse backgrounds, values and cultures. 
• Evidence of 3 x COVID-19 vaccinations. 
• Current permit to work in Australia.
