The Opportunity:
As the Air-Conditioning Service Manager for Western Australia, you would be responsible for managing, directing, and supporting the state-based department team. You will also be required to be across customer service interactions including reports, commissioning, and repairs.
You will enjoy providing customers with 1st class customer service and will have a natural sales-minded attitude while developing lasting customer relationships and resolving issues in an efficient and effective manner.
In this role you will be expected to support and coach contractors as well as internal and external customers with open communication and excellent customer service skills.
This role has Field Service Technicians and a Service Coordinator reporting directly to it.

- Work Health, Safety & Environment (WHS&E)
- Previous Service Manager experience from within the air-conditioning/HVAC industry
- Previous experience working within the air-conditioning industry with customer service and field technician experience
- Strong experience building working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong people management skills with coaching and mentoring capability
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and lead change
- Excellent problem solving, people management, communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Refrigeration and air conditioning trade qualifications are essential for this opportunity
- Other qualifications such as an ARCTick License, Supervisors and Contractors license and a valid Drivers License is essential for this role.
