Modelling your ideally exemplary leadership, professionalism, and commitment to exceptional customer service, you and your team should significantly contribute to student outcomes and a positive school experience.The MCS will work with the Principal to ensure occupational health and safety systems management, compliance and implementation systems are in place to maintain a safe working environment for staff and students.As MCS you should utilise your leadership to build capacity at all levels as you support and work collaboratively with staff. This will include the interest to be part of networks and partnerships. You will implement professional learning and performance management strategies, empowering all staff to realise their potential whilst improving their accountability to the school’s Business Plan objectives and Strategic/Operational plans.The successful applicant will ideally be a high performer with successful leadership and management experience and strong professional knowledge. They should have the capability and commitment required to build and sustain a culture of excellence in all aspects of school operations. • Highly leadership skills in the delivery of business outcomes and sound customer service principles and practices.
• Well developed oral, written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to use effective negotiation skills.
• Sound financial management skills, including budget preparation and the ability to interpret and apply financial and accounting practices and procedures.
• Sound human resource management skills, including the ability to develop and/or apply human resource management practices and systems.
• Ability to provide input into the development, implementation and monitoring of business and marketing plans.
• Sound conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills.
