Air Conditioning Mechanic 

Cannon Building Services, operating for over 30 years, also known as CBS Air Conditioning, is a well-established Queensland owned family business. 

Due to the high demand for our services, we are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Air Conditioning Technician. We are looking for someone who displays a strong level of initiative, possesses a positive & professional manner as well as a can do attitude. This position is for an immediate start with our friendly and professional team.We work on some of Brisbane's most iconic sites such as The Gabba, Eagle Farm and Doomben Racecourses and Energex.

The qualified applicants must have current copies of the following to be considered:

• Trade qualification Cert lll in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• QLD Restricted Electrical License
• Current Refrigerant Handling License
• Current Drivers License
• QBCC Occupational License

Knowledge of domestic and most importantly commercial AIR CONDITIONING maintenance, fault finding, and repairs are essential. We need someone who has the drive to progress within the company and to give more than the average tradesman.  We are not looking for someone who is interested in installations - so please only apply if you like a challenge of diagnosis, repairs and happy to carry out your share of service and preventative maintenance.  

We are a small company and require technicians who demonstrate a high skill level, particularly in fault finding/repairs.

The suitable applicant/s must demonstrate reliability, pride in their work and possess excellent communication skills and also have the ability to work in a team and/or an unsupervised environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

• Test, service and maintain AIR CONDITIONING equipment
• Diagnosing and servicing of commercial and industrial HVAC.
• Be able to work autonomously under pressure.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Simpro experience is a bonus.
• Well presented
