Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Air Conditioning Service Coordinator. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day service operations, coordinating service appointments, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role is located in Regency Park, SA.

Qualifications

• Service Coordination, Operations Management, and Customer Service skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in coordinating service appointments and managing service operations
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software
• Experience in the Air conditioning industry is a plus
