The Role
This position is allocated to a major technology company who import more than 30,000 shipments per annum. Youll service your VIP client and provide them with
- Shipment status updates
- Investigating where shipments are being held up
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure service delivery KPIs are being met
- Collating, extracting and manipulating high volumes of shipment data
- Reporting on shipment volumes and KPI reports
- Generating daily, monthly and quarterly reports

Who we are looking for
- Previous operational freight experience in Forwarding, Express or Transport
- Intermediate Excel Skills
- Previous experience high volume import shipments is advantageous
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team environment
Location
Matraville (on-site parking) and WFH
