Form of workHoused within our purpose built security complex in Smithfield. You will be working at FNQs only A1 Graded Alarm Receiving Centre. We provide end to end security solutions to all of Australia, specialising in Lone Worker and Personal Safety Device alarm monitoring and response. A continuous service provided by the centre 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Night/Weekend/Public Holiday penalty rates are applicable to this position.
Requirements/Skills of the Position- Monitor and respond to incoming alerts from lone worker and personal safety devices.
- Follow written procedures and policies when responding to alerts.
- Conduct data entry and data management as required.
- Be confident and positive when talking with members of the public over the phone.
- A good ability to verbally communicate in a clear concise manner.
- Have good time and self management skills.
- Ability to quickly analyse a situation and problem solve a response.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- A clean police history will be required in order to gain the required monitoring license.
