The key responsibilities for all-rounder in this role will include, but are not limited to,
- Take orders, accepting payments in a friendly and polite manner
- Coordinate with and assist fellow team members to prepare food and support the operation of the kitchen
- Assemble and prepare ingredients needed for cooking
- General cleaning duties within the kitchen and food preparation area
- Ensure that all food safety requirements are met by following necessary company procedures
- Protect the brand image by maintaining the order, cleanliness and appearance of the kitchen and taking pride in your workplace
- Organize and clean kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean environment and take pride in your place of work
The key responsibilities for Supervisor in this role will include, but are not limited to,
- Prefer candidates have at least 1 year of experience with cafe/restaurant work experience.
- Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure outlet cleanliness, safety & health (QAQC)
- Stocks ordering & management
- Supervise subordinates
- Staff scheduling
- Liaise with the outlet manager
- Monitor outlet performance
- Produce related reports
- Adhere to company & outlet SOP
- Perform ad hoc tasks/ duties as assigned by management/ outlet manager

Requirements for Manager in this role will include, but are not limited to,
- At least 1 years of experience in café/restaurant management.
- Manage the whole restaurant (Front of House & Kitchen)
- Responsible for outlet sales performance
- Generate marketing strategies to hit the sales target
- Handle budget management, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Maintain food quality and service quality of restaurant
- Able to communicate patiently, wisely and closely with restaurant staff, customer and supplier
- Good personality with Trustworthy, responsible, influential and positive characteristic
- Perform ad hoc tasks/ duties as assigned by management/ outlet manager
