• Providing leadership, technical guidance, and support to on-site teams and subcontractors
• Coordinating project tasks to meet client expectations
• Performing site quality assurance audits and promptly resolving any issues
• Identifying resource needs and ensuring proper maintenance of assets
• Facilitating effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders
• Engaging in toolbox meetings and aiding in staff training and orientation
• Assisting in the estimation of minor works and ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Upholding high standards of customer service and compliance with WHSE policies
• Actively participating in health and safety meetings
• Executing general maintenance field work as needed
• Promptly reporting and addressing incidents as per company protocols
• Engaging in ongoing WHS training and education opportunities

ProfileTo ensure your success in this role, our client anticipates that the ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Qualification and experience in carpentry or electrical trades, coupled with proficiency in facilities maintenance
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a drive to nurture and inspire teams
• Exceptional verbal and written communication aptitude
• A proactive problem-solving mindset with a sharp eye for detail
• Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced settings and adept at managing shifting priorities

Due to the background checks required for this role, candidates must hold full working rights in Australia, have the ability to pass a national police check and full pre-employment medical, be able to provide proof of COVID vaccination (minimum of 2 doses), and be able to provide two professional references.Job OfferWhat's on offer:We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, plus superannuation contributions.
