Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise expertise in Allied Health, including NDIS, DVA, HCP, and Workcover, to facilitate efficient service delivery.
- Demonstrate understanding of funding mechanisms and documentation requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage client inquiries and appointments, prioritising tasks to optimise business operations.
- Coordinate billing processes and liaise with funding agencies to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Support outreach initiatives to expand our client base and enhance community engagement.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve organisational goals and uphold service excellence standards.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in administration within the Allied Health or medical sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of NDIS, DVA, HCP, and Workcover frameworks.
- Familiarity with item line numbers and funding mechanisms associated with Allied Health services.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
