Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise expertise in Allied Health, including NDIS, DVA, HCP, and Workcover, to facilitate efficient service delivery.
• Demonstrate understanding of funding mechanisms and documentation requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Manage client inquiries and appointments, prioritising tasks to optimise business operations.
• Coordinate billing processes and liaise with funding agencies to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Support outreach initiatives to expand our client base and enhance community engagement.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve organisational goals and uphold service excellence standards.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in administration within the Allied Health or medical sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of NDIS, DVA, HCP, and Workcover frameworks.
• Familiarity with item line numbers and funding mechanisms associated with Allied Health services.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications, including practice management systems.
