Ideally positioned opposite Robina Public Hospital, Robina Private Hospital is the first and only private hospital to locate within the Robina Health Precinct and within close proximity to the precinct’s existing, extensive public services. Robina Private Hospital is a 90 bed private hospital with three specialist mental health and rehabilitation wards along with consultancy, outpatient, mental health and day rehabilitation programs and day surgery services.
We have current positions available for a Health Professional to facilitate Inpatient and Outpatient mental health group programs. We are specifically looking for;
- Older Person’s Group Facilitator
- General Adult Mental Health Group Facilitator
We are also hoping to expand the range of programs we currently provide therefore there is opportunity for growth and development of a mental health program.
Mandatory qualifications and experience:
- Relevant post-graduate level qualifications with Psychologist, Social Work, Occupational Therapy and Nursing
- Must be fully Registered Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- At minimum 2 years’ experience within mental health
- Demonstrated experience working with clients presenting with severe and persistent mental health issues and complex needs.
- Must have an interest with Older Persons Mental Health
- Must have experience facilitating group programs and knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Flexibility and availability to work across a working week.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently and autonomously within a team
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team in an inpatient and outpatient capacity
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience and training within ACT and DBT
