OurOpportunity
SportsFocus Physiotherapy now have a great opportunity for an Allied HealthAdministrator to join our team based at our Castle Hill practice. This parttime role will work a rotating roster across Monday and Friday 8:00am to 6:30pmand Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm.
OurAdministration team play an integral part in the efficient running of ourpractices and the position would be well suited to someone who lovesinteracting with people, as we pride ourselves on our culture, positive teamenvironment and care for each other and our community.
Keyresponsibilities will include:
- Patient arrival - inform of delays; answertelephone calls promptly and courteously; pass on messages promptly toappropriate person.
- Manage daily incoming and outgoing mail, email,and faxes; type and file outgoing correspondence, scanning as required.
- Photocopying; faxing; scanning and stockingtasks; ensure reception and waiting areas are clean and tidy; ordering ofoffice stock.
- Provide a high level of accurate administrativesupport to the Clinic teams
- Support our practitioners with in-room pre andpost appointment patient care
Aboutyou
To be a great fit for this position, you willhave:
- Previous experience in a similar administrativeposition, with demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills, and a professional phone manner
- Strong organisational skills, including theability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure and maintainconfidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to work in a teamenvironment, as well as autonomously where required
- Strong computer and administrative skills
