Employment Term
Permanent part-time, 38 hours per fortnight (Two positions available).
Generous remuneration package value up to $39,868 p.a. comprising:
Salary rates between $33.52 - $35.24 p.h. (CA3)
Annual leave loading + leave
12.75% employer superannuation contribution

Role requirements
Highly desirable: A Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent.
Highly desirable: Experience in the care of older people.
The ideal applicant will be someone who has proven ability and can demonstrate the following:
A patient focus and ability to work empathetically and respectfully with older patients, including those with functional and cognitive disability, and their carers; manages conflict appropriately.
Ensures accountability and works effectively to ensure work is of a high standard.
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team with a good understanding of own scope of practice in a complex and demanding work environment, with the ability to work collaboratively with the Eat Walk Engage ProgramAllied Health Clinicians.
Ability to provide a defined range of assessments and treatments as prescribed and delegated by the multidisciplinary team.
Ability to identify and support quality improvement activities.
